Use of Services
By submitting an estimate request or booking through HAULR Junk & Waste Services, you agree to provide accurate information about the items and access at your property. HAULR reserves the right to decline or adjust service based on actual job conditions upon arrival.
Estimates

Decision needed: Are estimates binding? What happens if the actual job volume or difficulty differs significantly from what was shown in photos? What is the process for adjusting the price on-site?
Payment Terms

Decision needed: When is payment due (before, during, or after service)? What payment methods are accepted (cash, card, Venmo, etc.)? Is a deposit required for large jobs?
Cancellation Policy

Decision needed: What is the cancellation window? Is there a cancellation fee? How far in advance must a customer cancel without penalty?
Rescheduling

Decision needed: How far in advance can customers reschedule? How many times can a job be rescheduled? What happens if HAULR needs to reschedule?
Prohibited Materials

Decision needed: What items will HAULR not remove? (Examples often include: hazardous chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, batteries in bulk.) Define clearly what is prohibited.
Property Access

Decision needed: What happens if HAULR cannot access the property as described (locked gate, no parking, etc.)? Is a trip fee charged? What is the customer's responsibility to ensure access?
Liability

Decision needed: What is HAULR responsible for? What is the customer responsible for? What is the process if an item is damaged or property is damaged during removal?
Dispute Resolution

Decision needed: How are disputes handled? Is there a mediation process? What jurisdiction governs disputes?
